Exercise.

You know you should be getting regular exercise. You have been told about the many positive affects regular exercise has on your body, mind and spirit. You have heard regular exercise described as the one true fountain of youth.

So, are you exercising regularly? If so, that’s great!
Congratulations, your commitment is admirable and will provide a solid defense against age-related decline, disease, excessive stress and metabolic disorders. Also, as you must know by now, it can be enjoyable, social and provide a wonderful feeling of accomplishment (even when other areas of your life do not go as you may have hoped).
You probably find that you sleep better and generally eat a healthier diet. Finally, the guilt you once felt by not exercising regularly has disappeared. Clearly, the decision to exercise regularly has been a wise choice on your part.
