“I'm a typical mom who puts the family first but when my back got so bad lifting my son and his wheelchair in and out of the house, van, etc. I knew I had to strengthen my back quickly or I would be of no use to anyone let alone myself. Guy started a routine that was manageable and I felt great (the routine has changed every time since, there is no routine to get bored of but man do you work your whole body every time) I thought “this could be my new thing but I can only commit to once a week” the next day however I was a little stiff to say the least “where did these muscles come from? Simply watching Guy working out in the gym, sweating blood and psyching himself up for his next lift gave me more than enough inspiration to train harder. I started training with Guy after my husband recommended his services. My husband said that Guy had a real gift for finding just the right exercise and just the right resistance to accommodate his back injury rehabilitation. When I started training with Guy, he recognized immediately where my strengths and weaknesses were as I was also rehabilitating from a back injury. Guy helped structure a very personalized workout that accommodated my limitations while helping me strengthen those areas. I have worked with many personal trainers and I always felt like they weren't listening to what I knew my body, experience and time limitations were and I felt like they were just giving me "the standard workout." With Guy, I knew he was really listening to me and learning how to best help me. He taught me some new exercises and challenged me to move out of my comfort zone. Guy also took the time to structure a workout and a plan that gave me the best "bang for my buck" in terms of length of workout and times per week I could workout. I wasn't met with the typical "personal trainer" attitude of "You HAVE to lift weights 3x a week to get any results." Instead, Guy gave me a workout to do while I was at the gym and a workout to do while I was at home.
I would HIGHLY recommend Guy to anyone starting a new fitness routine, to anyone needing extra attention in rehabbing an area, and to anyone who is an experienced exerciser who wants to try new approaches. And he's a nice and funny man who makes workouts a joy.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Guy Forster on a personal level for four years. When I think of Guy, the first word that comes to mind is passion. Guy continues to educate himself on many different levels when it comes to personal training and health. In fact, a person would be very hard pressed to find someone with more knowledge on the subject.
When I started working with Guy, my level of fitness was already high. I was looking to for that next level and wanted to get more "cut". As Guy said, "Clean up your diet and listen to me in the gym and you'll get results". I did both and the results came sooner than expected. I became defined and had the ABS I wanted, without having to think much, just following Guy's regime.
